What is it?
Descending sequences fall one step per digit — 321, 9876, the mighty 654321. A full descending sequence drops from first digit to last; a descending run is a 4+ digit slide inside a longer number, like 965432. Falling is slightly rarer than climbing because the first digit can never be zero.

How it scores
Full descending sequences score a little higher than ascending ones because fewer of them fit in the range. Runs of 4+ falling digits earn a smaller but still respectable slice.
The formula: -log2(count / 1,000,001) bits per trait, capped at 20, summed with 0.5 decay per additional trait.
