One number a day. Same for everyone. How rare is yours?
Every UTC midnight, RNGdle rolls one number between 0 and 1,000,000 — seeded by the date, so every player on Earth gets the same one. We check it for palindromes, primes, Fibonacci hits and 25 other traits, then score its rarity with information theory.
Loading today’s number…
The daily roll is deterministic: mulberry32(hash("rngdle-YYYYMMDD")). Verify it yourself — the algorithm is documented on the how it works page.
Rarity tiers
Every score lands in one of seven tiers, calibrated against all 1,000,001 possible numbers at build time — not vibes.
- Trashscore ≤ 4.2Bottom ~1% of all rolls. A truly forgettable number.
- Commonscore ≥ 6An everyday number. Nothing to write home about.
- Uncommonscore ≥ 6.9A little sparkle. Better than about half of all numbers.
- Rarescore ≥ 7.8Top ~28%. Now we are talking.
- Epicscore ≥ 9.3Top ~12%. Screenshot-worthy.
- Anomalyscore ≥ 12.6Top ~4%. The machine blinked.
- Mythicscore ≥ Top ~1%. Tell everyone. Immediately.
